    I can't believe this: Luna is nursing Lily!

    I just couldn't believe my eyes:

    My girls were cuddling on their pillow together, as usual, when I heard some funny sounds. When I looked, I saw the baby had her face in the long fur of Luna's belly and was in fact suckling! And Luna seemed to enjoy it because she was licking Lily's head and they both purred. They were like that for at least 10 minutes, and looked so happy together!

    I find this especially amazing since Luna has been taken away from her litter and mommy at the very young age of 6 weeks, and she has been spayed at the age of 5 months and - of course - never had kittens of her own. So I'm really surprised what a good mommy she makes!

    Filou was nursing on Tigris (who is 3 weeks younger) at least for 3 months. And Tigris accepted it although he's no girl

    OK, that is just precious!!!

    I KNEW Luna would come around, I mean, WHO could resist that face?????

    That's just too cute. Basie and Hermie do that too...its just sweet!!!
