You mean how much they cost? Sorry, I don't know. I'm sure you could look it up on the internet though. Just search for chihuahua breeder.

I would highly encourage going the rescue route though.

Depends on the quality of a pup. Are you looking for a show dog or just a pet one? They can range anywhere from about $500-$4000. Big range. Contact your local kennel club.

of a dog that one should consider but the cost of caring for a dog. Our chihuahuas were anywhere from $250-$400 but that doesn't even come close to what we have spent on them.
Heartworm medicine...about $7 a month for each dog = $21
Flea medication...$10 a month for each dog = $30
Vet check up and shots....they need puppy shots to get them started, then once they get their rabies, it becomes yearly... about $200 a year for each dog.
Emergencies.....Ricky was rushed to ER when he swelled up from allergy..$650.00
We are lucky that our Vet does not charge us to bring them in for nail clippings etc. but many Vets do.

Do you have enough money in the bank to cover any emergency that may come up if you got a chihuahua? If not, please don't do it. Too many chihuahuas are put to sleep due to owners (loving chihuahuas) but not prepared for the expense.
