Beautiful, brave Bailey!

Oh Bailey, I was on the edge of my seat and on the verge of tears as I began reading your amazing story! What a relief to hear that your were literally snatched from the jaws of death! One of our very own Pet Talkers' Cockatiels were spared the very same frightening "close call" just the other day! You were destined for a very important job in life...healing your Mommy's heart, bringing hope, joy and love into her life! No kitty was going to stop you from your mission of love! What an amazing story! And Bailey, what is about you birdies and that Andy Griffith theme song?? It seems to be every Cockatiels favorite! What a beautiful, brave, adorable Pet of the Day graces our screens today! But one word of advice Bailey...I drop the "Here Kitty" and stick with the "Baaaaaad kitty!" We want you around for a long, long time!! Congratulation to you Bailey!! I wish you and your Mommy many happy, healthy and SAFE years of shared love and devotion!

I was holding my breath while reading your story. I'm so glad you were rescued!!! No wonder you learned to say 'Baaaad Kitty'! You certainly deserve top honors today as our special Pet of the Day, sweetheart. I hope you get a special treat or two to celebrate. Maybe some mac & cheese?

Oh, Bailey so glad you are ok and your Mom is ok too. I know how she feels. My guy had a close call and I almost passed out at the vets! You are so cute with your messy little beak. Congratulations on being POTD from your Cockatiel buddies Norman,Sydney, and their human, in Albany, OR. Are we neighbors?
