    BC SPCAs :(

    I saw on the news yesterday that BC spcas are laying people off because they don't have enough money.

    I'm starting to wonder if they will have to start putting animals down again because of money problems.

    That's terrible.

    Oh no, that is terrible I hope that they won't have to, it's horrible for the animals to be put down for any reason

    I've been keeping my eye on SPCA and although they did have a mandate a while ago not to euthanize unless the kitty was sick, I have my doubts that it was adhered to. The B*())%$ that run show over there are just as crooked as our politicians (don't get me started on that one.....). I knew of the two SPCA employees that got fired over the salary business and believe me, they had absolutely no interest in the animals at all.

    My dream is that one day all the local rescue groups will work together for one common goal. Yeah right, dream on.
