Well with having 17 cats I have many responses!BUT....I would say the majority is under the chin.
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers
Yup, under the chin comes in first for our 3 too, then the belly, and then on the "noogie" (head) !!
Bunny & Kitties:

Under the chin for sure! Both of them love it!
Both T & J's favorite spot is on the lower back (you know.... the elevator butt activator)...
Tinky will flop down and just smile so big when I scritch her there...![]()
