    Congradulations on being Pet of the Day, you certainly deserve it. I'm so sorry that you had such a terrible start in life, but it sound like your new parent loves you a lot, and is spoiling you!

    What a very beautiful spirit you have Leo. Thank goodness there was a loving, tender person to enter your life. Your strength and sweetness have given me a huge lift today. Here's to people like your owner that see an animal in need and do whatever it takes to makea sweet little soul a healthy and happy being.....in my mind they are angels!!
    For Gus, my sweet cockatiel who sadly flew out of my life in 2000. You taught me how deeply I could love an animal. Thank you for teaching me how special and wonderful birds are!

People think that because you are not like a cat or a dog they can do what they want! You are the miracle that servived! All through the patience and love of your owner!     Pretty little Leo, looking with all her might like a bejeweled princess of Geckoes. Your story was heartbreaking and uplifting at the same time. Sounds to me like you know very well that your human cares for you greatly, and you show your affection in return. Congratulations on coming this far and being selected POTD!
