Convincing her...

As most of you know, I'd like to save another cat... only problem is, I can not convince my mother to let me do so. She says she doesn't want anymore cats, but I tell her that *I* am the one who takes care of them. She'll spend time with the cats, but I care for them. I've had absolutely NO luck convincing her and I need some help doing so!!! Any suggestions? Thanks!

I think maybe you should listen to your mom. While you will be the one spending time with it your mom will be the one who is financially responsible for it. And when cats get sick they can be VERY expensive.

I wish you luck in convincing your mom, but it is hard to change someone else's mind. When you live at home you have to go by their rules. That is the way it works. There will be MANY years for you to have what you want and can afford.
