Sunny's Blood Test

Hi everyone. Sunny has to go to the vet tomorrow for another blood test. He had his teeth cleaned 2 weeks ago and the vet did an in house blood test. The results weren't all normal so he's doing another one and having it sent to another lab. Sunny's glucose level was high but this could be due to stress. Sunny has been under some stress from his new brother Cirrus and I've also been under a lot of stress lately too. I've heard that animals can pick up on our stress.

The vet was most concerned with his low platlet count. It was just a little below normal but he wants to test for this again to make sure it isn't anything more serious. He also had something else that was elevated but I forgot what it was. I sure hope that everything is fine. I'm starting to get a little worried. Sunny will also get his annual exam and FVRCP shot since they forgot to give it to him on his last visit.

Please say some prayers for Sunny. I won't know the results for a few days but will update you as soon as I know. I also need a lot of positive thoughts for him too. Thank you.

Poor Sunny, you have to go in for ANOTHER blood test. I really hate it when I have to get blood tests. I'm hope that everything turns out ok and I'll be sending my thoughts and prayers your way.

Poor Sunny. I am sure he doesn't want to see the white coats that often.
But I am convinced everything will work out fine. Going to see the vet is stress and it's likely that this influenced his blood work.
