    Meet Morgan! :-D

We have a new doggie!!!!!! Meet Morgan, our new Golden Retriever! Sorry the pictures are kinda bad but I will take some better ones once I am able. We took her outside with us yesterday to go feed the ducks. She's such a good girl and stayed by our side the whole time, partly because she's a MAJOR begger lol and LOVES bread. We would go throw it to the ducks and she would snatch it out of our hands lol. She's such a doll, right now she is asleep in her comfy bed.

Here is Morgan and Dylan...as you can see she has her eyes set on the piece of bread Dan is about to throw, hehe. I would have taken more but as soon as I snapped that pic the batteries died. LOL

    Her cute nose.

I'll get some new pics tomorrow hopefully. We are going to take her to the dogpark and also to meet Sadie! We'll see how they get along......

Oooooohh! She's so pretty! What a great face. Has she been obedience trained? Sure looks like it from the first picture.

I am pretty sure she has. She is great on the leash, stays by our side whereever we go, doesn't jump, knows how to sit etc. She does have one problem though, and that's her running outside to greet Dan when he comes home. I'll open the door and she'll run to the car, which is really dangerous. We're planning on seeing a trainer soon just to go over basic training and also to see if we can curb this behavior of hers. If I sternly call her name she will come back to me with those eyes, she knows she is doing something wrong. But other than that she is a great girl!

She just got done being treated for mange and is on antibiotics and prednesone for an ear infection. She's recovering nicely though since she has been with us. We've only had her a few days and she's already so much part of the family...and get this...the cats actually like her!!!

Well since she was a rescue we aren't exactly sure how old she is, but the shelter estimated her at around 3-5 years. She acts like a puppy though.

Which dog are you talking about? The one dog we were going to adopt, the oldie girl was found by her owners at the shelter. As far as PeeWee is concerned, we are still working with him and not so sure if Dans aunt really wants to give him up or not, but we'll see what happens. He still visits on the weekends sometimes.

Thanks everyone! Tonight Dan and I are going out to dinner, finally! So while we are out Dylan and Morgan will stay at Dans moms and Morgan and Sadie can play together. Thier both pretty doggie friendly so it should be fun for both of them.

Yes my sweet little Dylan, just turned 16 months on the 25th! They grow up fast. We spent a lot of time cuddling the past few days as he was teething and didn't feel well and had a little cough. Well now I have the cough, yuck! I haven't been sick in so long, so when I do get sick it's really annoying.
