oh oh I'm in trouble

Hi Merlin here. I won't be avalible for a while cuz I was a very nawgty ,nawgty dog today . Mom made 14 doz cookies lots of sugar trees and lots and lots of gingerbread men. I thought they were for me the last bunch were! These didn't smell like liver. Mom went to town to get a soda, I couldn't help myself. They were on the table and the chair was right up there. Well i ate about 2 doz sugar trees . mom wasn't very happy but i thought they were for me. Mom says no dinner now as I'm still on the diet thing. Breckfast and a tiny dinner. Help send me things to get out of the bath room cuz I hear her saying thats where I will be while shes home and my crate when she leaves. Help me. a very nawgt dog.

Oh Merlin, Star here. I kinda think that was a kool move Sumthin I woulda done. What did yer mom xpect??? Leavin all those goodies there fer you to munch on. I'd act reeeeeeeel sorry like. Ya know, whine, hold yer head down, look up at her wif those big, brown eyes; maybe paw onna door (DON'T SCRATCH IT!) And if that doesn't work, and I know this'll be hard...refuse yer breakfast. That should get her eyeballs waterin!! I been through this routine before, and trust me. After a few hours she'll be all mushy an pologizin for gettin all in a tizzy Besides, mom's are supposed to know better than to leave all them gingery men and sugary trees where we kan get em! Merlin, it'z Maddie.... I say GUD FUR YOU!!! Yer my hero! My mom made a peenut butter and jelly samich fer a snack the udder day and she always gives Lexi and me pieces of bread ... we love bread but she don't give us much. She sez it'll make us fat or sumtin'. Anyways, she is dumb cuz she left the samich on her plate on the kitchen counter and it was wiff-in my reach so I took a nibble. I'da gotten the whole thing down but she's quick! Well, not too quick - or too smart.
She wuzn't happy 'bout that. But I thawt it wuz funny. She noze me and that I'm a nawty dog.... she still needz sum trainin'

Hope mom letz you off da hook soon.... bein' in the doghouse stinks! My mom alwayz caves when I look at her with my "eyes" - I got the look down pat! But, I have a feeling that the yucky obeediantz school is in my future... bummer.

I have to let you know I,m free of the bathroom . Just not the crate when shes gone. This time she REALLY was mad I've never seen her this mad .
