    Our Bear

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

What a handsome kitty. I had a Maine Coon mix that looked very much like Bear, mine was thinner though.

    Yes, it's our cat run:

Here's Boo in the cat run:

I just love that cat run. What a wonderful way to let them outside and yet keep them protected. And yes, it looks like Bear earned his name, or lived up to it.

ring, ring "Good Morning, Carriageway Townhome Association, may I help you?" "Yes, this is Debbie in the end unit by the condos. I would like permission to build a cat run in our back yard." "You would like what?" "I would like to build a cat run, a fenced in area, maybe about 10' x 6', in our back yard so our cats can go outside unattended, but still be safe." "Excuse, me, did you say you want to build a cat run in your back yard? Bwwwaaaahhaaaahaaaaa....heee,heee,heee...giggle giggle...wait until I tell the others about this...giggle giggle...a cat run...yeah right, like we're going to allow a cat run around here...bwaaaahhahaaahahaaa....bwwwaahhhaahaaahaaaa ....."

    (sometimes townhome living really sucks)

Your cat run is great! Did you install that block wall yourself, or was it already there? If so ... how lucky you were to have that!!!

The block wall was already there, and of course the other side is the house. My husband installed all the chain link, shelves etc.
