    I hate waiting!!

Round 2 of Toby's neuturing began 8 am this morning. It's now 11:30 and I'm (patiently) waiting for a phone call from the vet to see how things went. They're going to take his blood test again and HOPEFULLY it will turn out normal this time and they can go ahead with the surgery.

Why don't you give them a call. They should know something by now. I called around 11:30 when Hayley was spayed last week. They didn't mind at all.

Yes. I just called and said I would like to know how Hayley is doing and if everything is going okay. At that point she was all done and was starting to wake up.

I call too, sometimes they just get so busy so when you call it makes them have to stop and answer your question. That's what they're there for...give them a call...waiting is the worst!

That's great news! Sounds like his blood work was ok this time, which is a relief too.

    Can't wait for those pictures.

    YEAH !!! for Toby!

And I agree, never hesitate to call up the vet's office. I go in to my vet all the time to pick up food and there is never a moment that the phone ISN'T ringing. So most of the time, they just don't get to call out because they need to try to get some work done between calls coming in.

I'm glad that Toby is OK. By the way, don't hesitate to call the vet if you have a question. You are standing in for the patient (the cat) and have a right to know his/her status. I've spent a lot of time bugging my vets!
