A while back my neighbors where told that they had to get rid of there dogs because they would bite people and where not socialized There own fault I pity the dogs. Well now they are contibuting to the handfuls of bad owners that give breed such as the rotty and pits and bad name. They now have two pits, a black one and a Little puppy that showed up a few days ago. Poor, poor dogs.....Im so mad at them plus they could have got killed in the fires today. they where close enough..
