What words does your cats understand?

My cats understand a few words, it was pretty hard to teach them too! they know "sit", "come"(sometimes), "no", "stop", "jump", and of course, their name. i think they know more, but i can't think of any right now.
So what words do your cats understand?

They all seem to respond to their “name”, “get down”, “out”, “good kitty”, “bad kitty”, and of course “here kitty”.
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

LOL LOL Good question. Honestly, I think cats are smarter then they let us believe I do believe both Marius and Scooter listen to everything we say and can understand most of it..but they don't always necessarily heed what we say! LOL LOL

They both know their names and of course the word "NO!"...although this is only selective hearing

They know "food!" "Treat!" "sit pretty" "down" "out" "come to momma" "sit on momma's lap" "good kitty" and who knows what else they really know...

    LOL LOL

All three of my cats know their names. They know the word "nip" (catnip), and Hanna knows "mousie". Bo & Hanna come running when I say "treat", but that could be because I shake the bag.

Diito on the "no" being subject to selective hearing.

well i would LOVE to get mine to learn sit and stay.

Mine , I agree with wolflady..I think they understand everything I tell them, they just choose whether or not to pay attention... like this morning, i told Bach to "get down" which he KNOWS... he looked at me when I said it, looked back out the window, and 3 minutes later got down... of course he KNEW what i said, it just had to be done on his terms!

But in general they know "food" "time to eat" "bath" () "i'm going to vacuum" (in which case they run fast away lol). as well as "get down" "come here" (which again, is paid attention to on their time frame)

    cats.. gotta love em

Mine know their names and treat, supper, catnip, brushie, and no. The last one they know what it means but usually choose to ignore it unless I'm yelling it and my face is turning really red. (or moving toward the offender in what they consider a threatening manner)

Tubby knows "no," Peanut does not.

They both know "treats" and their names.

Tubby knows "be nice" "bugs" "wanna go out" and once we were upstairs and Tubby was there. We didn't want Peanut to be left out so we told Tubby "go get your sister." He did!!! Must have been a fluke though, because he's never done it again.

And I think "treats" is the only word Peanut knows....or lets us know that she knows anyway. Well.....her daddy always said all she had to do was sit there looking cute and she'd get whatever she wanted, so who needs brains?

They know their own name very well!
Then they understand "yammekes doen ?" (=eating anyone??),
    "neen!!" (=no"!!) , "kom" (=come !) . that's about it!!

I am sure they understand more, but they don't tell me

They all recognise 'No' - but when they've stopped doing whatever it was - they all react however it suits them.

Ketchum normally looks terrified and scuttles away very quickly - poor boy half the time I wasn't even talking to him!!

Bagel looks straight unto my eyes - and walks away twitching her tail as she walks.

Dan stares me out - then returns to whatever he was doing - with the next 'No' he runs off!!

They all recognise the rattle of the food bag!
