Save a life - Rescue!
I thought you guys would like to meet one of the gorgeous kitties at the shelter I work at. She's such a sweetie. We had to shave her because she was matted terribly.

Yup, she is a flame point Himalayan. She's got the best personality. I brought my Reece to work to test how she likes dogs and she walked right up to him, sniffed him, then turned around and stuck her booty in his face!!
Luckily we're in Texas so it doesn't get too cold here. We leave the heat on a few extra degrees warmer just for her!

It never ceases to amaze me how tiny some cats are underneath all that hair! She looks like a real sweety though, and doesn't look all that miffed that she is now in the buff.

OMG!I've never seen a Persian shaved before; I'm sure this would give my parents some ideas since they hate cleaning up after Oliver leaves his fur everywhere
