    Ariel, thank you for gracing Pet of the Day with your charming Princess ways. You're so elegant, so regal, so spoiled! But that's the way a princess's life if supposed to be. Thank goodness you have your own private lady-in-waiting to take care of you. Congratulations princess mermaid on being our beautiful Pet of the Day!
    For Gus, my sweet cockatiel who sadly flew out of my life in 2000. You taught me how deeply I could love an animal. Thank you for teaching me how special and wonderful birds are!
