Just wanted to thank dog lovers that frequent this site for reminding me that most people are good at heart. I love reading your stories and responses to one another as you renew my faith in the human race. You often bring tears to my eyes. What lucky pets you have to have found their way into "the good guys" lives!

No thanks necessary. Glad to be a part of this. I am not a dog owner, only because I have three cats and a kid! Someday, I WILL have a golden retriever, though. They are my favorite. I guess I fall into the "animal lover" category. Thanks for the welcone, all!

I am so glad I found this site too!!
I was allergic to all animals until I finally built up an immunity to them -- so that's when I got my lovely, little furry son SNOWY!! He is my first dog!!
