    Keep Smudge in your thoughts...please

This morning Smudge got rushed to the vet clinic. He had two seizures in a span of five minutes. The vet took some blood samples and is going to let me know later in the day if it's anything we should be really concerned about and if I need to bring him back. Till I get word from her though all we can do is watch him, right now he's curled up with Winter...you know somethings up when Winter willing settles down.

Anyway, please guys can you keep him in your thoughts? I would really appreciate it, and I promise as soon as I know what's up with him, you'll know.

Prayers are on your way for Smudge--I hope he is alright.
I'm sure it was a scary day for you, and for the other dogs--lets just hope it was nothing, or they can treat whatever it is.

Tracy, I am just seeing this. Smudge is definitely in my prayers. I do hope that the results will show something that can be controlled.

    thanks everyone.

The vet called a couple of hours ago and according to the blood tests everything with Smudge is fine. His sodium level was a little low but she said that that wasn't anything that would cause him to seize, other then that his blood test showed that all his organs are working properly.

We still don't know what caused him to have the seizures though, the vet said to just watch him and write down anytime he has one in the future (which I hope he doesn't)

Right now though, he's currently cuddling with Winter in the front room, and from what we can tell he's back to his good ole goofy loveable Smudge self.

    Thanks again guys.
