This is Jade. She's at the Brown County Humane Shelter in Nashville, IN. She was hit by a car and is in need of corrective surgery to correct a dislocated hip. Poor Leigh Ann (the director) has been inundated with puppies and is running out of kennel space and is being forced to euthanize some dogs and she doesn't want to do any more, so I'm asking you guys to help if you can. She said Jade is great with cats (she cuddles and plays with them), great with other dogs, great with kids, and adults. She sounds like the perfect dog except for the cost of the surgery which will be somewhere around $200-$400.

Some of the dogs on there right now have been adopted and others have, unfortunately, had to be euthanized....it about killed me to hear about 2 of them...but...because of stupid people it has to be done. She currently has 28 puppies that need to find homes...and that's just LITTLE pups.
