What a heartwarming, life affirming story of rescue is yours, Bella! Looking at your heart-melting, Christmas card worthy feature photo it's hard to imagine you were ever anything but the happy and healthy, energetic and much loved girl we meet here today; a skin and bones shelter pup longing for a home of her own.

Endless thanks to your wonderful Mom and Auntie for saving you from the unthinkable, Bella, providing you (and Rocky!) with the happy, carefree, love filled life you, and all doggies, deserve. Your amazing transformation is testament to the immeasurable rewards of rescue; the comfort and joy, the devoted companionship you bless your humans' lives with is truly a priceless gift!

When my family comes home Rocky and I are SO happy to greet them. We offer love, comfort and the glory of companionship. I love my new home and I am loved. Please save other dogs as I have been saved - they have so much to offer.

Amen! But just as you say, as your Mom sadly knows too well, our heart breaks for those left behind, their pleading "take me!" looks haunting our days as we ponder their fate. Hopefully, after reading your heartwarming, uplifting, rags to riches story others will consider opening up their home and hearts to doggies as special, as deserving of furever homes as loving as yours. It's a decision they'll never regret!

How lucky your Mom is, Bella, having been blessed with a fur baby as beautiful, as joyful and energetic, as loyal and loving as you! She knew the moment she laid eyes on you that fateful day that you were "the one," and what a heavenly match it turned out to be!

Thanks for taking time out of your busy day to paw off a note to us, sweetheart! Having the pleasure of honoring you here today, learning of the very special place you hold in your Mom's heart and she is yours, has been pure joy! I hope you enjoy a very special Dog of the Day celebration, sweetheart...joyfully playing and running about the house with adopted big bro Rocky, the gentle giant; feasting on a smorgasbord of your fave foods and treats; spending fun time with your Mom, receiving tons of hugs and smooches; being spoiled to the max and loved to pieces! Dearest Bella, a.k.a. "Miss Bella" or "Miss Princess," you are beautiful indeed! What a stunning Boxer lady you are! You're so cute in those great photos, and thank you for sharing them with us. What a great Christmas reindeer you make! And you're so sweet with your Boxer brother Rocky, a.k.a. Big Rock, both in your bright red Christmas ribbons. What a story you have to tell! I am so very glad and grateful that you were rescued from the pound just in time, and my deepest gratitude and appreciation to your dear Mom and aunt for saving you. And my deepest sympathy to all the precious dogs and other animals that weren't rescued in time.

You were skin and bones when you were rescued, but since you've been HOME you've gained 20 pounds and a lot of energy. You and also-rescued-Rocky both love to run about in your house, and grab socks, shoes, pillows, or toys, and shake and throw them. You're SO happy to greet your dear family when they come home! You offer love, comfort, and the glory of companionship. You boys love your home and family, and you know that you are loved. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
