Dearest Buster, you are precious indeed! What a gorgeous Pug guy you are, with that sleek, soft-looking coat and that sweet face with the lovely big brown eyes. And what a wonderful story you have to tell! Your dear Mom adopted you from a Pug Rescue in Huntsville, Texas after losing her beloved pug Zoe to renal cancer. You were at the rescue after losing your own original person. Clearly you and Mom were destined to be together and help bring each other some comfort! We thank and bless those fine folks, human and canine, of Pug Rescue for the wonderful work they do!
Now you are living a terrific life with plenty of food, which you look for more of with those huge puggie eyes. You have loads of toys, and you love playing tug-of-war with them. You're also good friends with the outside feral cats. Your Mom's dear roommate cares for these dear cats, and we thank and bless her/him and you, Buster, for looking after these precious cats. Buster, you act like you're their big brother! You all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
Congratulations, darling Buster, on being chosen Dog of the Day! We hope you and your dear Mom and roommate and feral cat friends and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats. We know Zoe Angel is rejoicing with you at the Rainbow Bridge!

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
