Hi Bodi! Happy Pet of the Day to you, sweetheart!

The only thing more colorful and cheerful, more *sunshiny* and bright than your beautiful plumage is your personality! What a fun and life loving, cheeky and clownish character you are! Most parrots I've met are packed with personality, but your attitude and antics take the cake! That top photo says it all! (Blowing raspberries? lol)

Bodi is very cheeky, but that's half the fun of having him around. And he most certainly is noisy! But we hear it so much, we're more or less used to it and don't really "hear" it any more. Between 12-3 there is usually a good 20 minute scream fest, and that's about it for the day unless he sees me pass in the other room. Then he screams for attention, wanting mama to come in and pick him up.

Just as your Mama says, there aren't words adequate to describe just how special you are, Bodi! The joy and laughter you bring to your humans' lives is without compare! Beautiful inside and out, you couldn't be any more perfect if you tried, Bodi! How lucky your family is, having a feathered family member, a best friend as beautiful, as cheeky, as sweet and loving in you! You're the best!

At night time (also between 9-10 but at night) he gets a peanut before tucking in for the night. Often blows kisses to wish me a good night when I cover his cage for the night

Thanks for the BIG smiles, Bodi! Meeting you today, reading your Mama's love filled tribute, being treated to your utterly heart-melting photos, has been pure joy! I hope you're treated to a very special day of celebration...entertaining your family with your hilarious antics; munching on some yummy Cheerios; snuggling in your Mama's hoodie, receiving tons of cuddles; being treated royally, spoiled rotten and loved to the max! Dearest Bodi, what a gorgeous Sun Conure you are! You're absolutely stunning with that bright, colorful plumage and that sweet face with the lovely big dark eyes and the beak that looks like it's smiling (and it probably is!). You are like a radiant burst of sunshine on this grey day! You also have quite a delightful personality. You're a real clown, and you know many tricks. You come to your dear Mama when she calls, and you love to curl up in the hood of her hoodie for a good snuggle! You love to play "Pick it up!" This sounds kind of like a reverse game of Fetch, in which you throw the toy and the person brings it back to you! You're also full of attitude. You're very cheeky and very noisy, and you blow raspberries when you're told to be good! Every morning you and Mama have Cheerios for breakfast, and every evening you get a peanut and you blow kisses to wish her a good night before your cage is covered. You and she have been together since you were "a tiny ball of floof!" You've been one of her best friends ever since, making her smile every day. You love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
