What an adorable, pawsitively precious "All American" doggo you are, Betty Dog! The photos your Daddy, Brad, included with his tribute are heart-melting!!! You sure are looking spiffy in that apres spa pic, Betty; what a beauty you are!

Endless thanks to your dear Mom and Dad, Brad and Mary, for choosing rescue; opening up their home and hearts to one most deserving girl! As is so often the case with our rescues your adoption may not have been planned. But as your Daddy says, well, once given a name did your pawrents actually have a choice? (*turns car around*)

I noticed a little black and white dog that looked just like Buddy. My wife and I thought we needed to think about it and drove away from the store. As we were driving I said to my wide, "You know if we got that little dog we could name her Betty. Then we would have Buddy and Betty dog. My wife laughed and said, "Since you named her you know we have to get her". So we turned around and went and adopted Betty.

And the rest is happy history! How blessed your family is, having a beautiful, adorable, sweet as be fur daughter in you, Betty Dog; having known your love and devotion the past 13 wonderful years!!! In fact, everyone you meet can't help but sing your praises, fall hopelessly in love! A friend to all, that you are! And no doubt you brought much joy to your big brother Buddy, too!

She loves kids and adults alike. Every Vet and assistant Vet comment that Betty is "just the sweetest thing."

Yes you are, Betty Dog, just as sweet as can be, beautiful inside and out, simply THE BEST!!!

Thanks for starting my day off with the biggest smile, sweet baby girl! Meeting you today, reading your proud Papa's heartwarming tribute, learning of the very special place you hold in their hearts and they in yours, has been such a treat! I hope you're treated to a very special Dog of the Day celebration...playing a game of chase with your humans; feasting on a big bowl of your fave food (and lots of treats, lol); receiving bunches of hugs and kisses; being loved and pampered to pieces by your loving Mom and Dad!!! Tons of love, cuddles and smooches to you, precious Betty Dog, our very special and most deserving Dog of the Day, EVERY day!!!

Dearest Betty, you are adorable indeed! What a sweet little lady you are, and you're so pretty after your bath and hair cut in the Spring at the Pet Shop. You have the most delightful personality, too. You seldom bark, and you're just the sweetest and friendliest dog around. You're a rescue dog who joined your family as a friend for their older rescue dog Buddy. You both are terrific examples of the treasures to be found as rescues. You and all your family members love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
