Adorable Little Libby!
Dearest Libby, a.k.a. Libby Loo and many other nicknames, what an adorable young lady you are! Your fluffy Tuxedo fur complete with white boots is gorgeous and looks so soft, and you have the sweetest face with that cute little pink and black nose and those lovely big wide golden eyes. That kitten picture is absolutely precious, so sweet with you walking around carefully and exploring the room. Now you're one year old, and I bet you're even more adorable and precious! I wish I could reach through the screen and across the country to Kirkland, WA to pet you, and pet your six-month-old brother Bailey, too! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrson will pet you both for me
.
And what a delightful story you have to tell! You entered your dear Purrrson's life a year ago. She had had severe allergies to cats, but one look at each other and she knew you were the one! She took the plunge, rescued you from that cold garage, and brought you into a warm loving home. And sure enough, thanks to your magical healing powers, a couple of weeks later her allergies were gone! And now you have your dear baby brother Bailey there, and you and he love to be together. You run the house, and your Purrrson has never felt so loved! Each morning you wake her up with kisses and walk her into the kitchen to make coffee (and serve breakfast to you and Bailey, we're sure!). You know when she isn't feeling well, and you keep her company and SNUGGLE! You and she are both so grateful you have each other, and you all love each other very much, don't you. Can't get better than that, can you! What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
Congratulations, darling Libby, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Bailey and Purrrson and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
