Hi Poncho! Happy Pet of the Day to you!!!

Be still my heart! What an adorable, most precious African Pygmy Hedgehog you are! I'm so, so sorry to hear how you suffered, how neglected you were by your former "owner." Thankfully you were rescued by your forever human before any more harm could come to you! Still, it's understandable, never having never been handled by your former owner, your reluctance to be cuddled. But no worries, for in your human you found that Mom/Dad who would love you unconditionally, cherish your for the beautiful, very special boy that you are; perfect JUST as you are; treated to all the best that life has to offer!

He's now spoiled with suitable cat food, meal worms, banana, and a 5+ ft long cage. Anything smaller, and he starts trying to climb his way out! I love him!

Endless thanks to your human for loving you so unconditionally, providing you with the safe and comfy, love filled life you so rightly deserve! And in return, you love your human back every bit as much, in your own special way!

Dearest Poncho, you are adorable, absolutely precious indeed! I was horrified to read of your horrible former "home" in a hamster-size cage. I am so glad you were rescued from it at age seven months last September. Now you are in your Perfect Forever Home with your dear Perfect Person. You're living the spoiled life you deserve, and have always deserved, with a 5+ ft long cage and plenty of yummy things to eat. You and your dear person love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
