    Adorable Anakoni!

    What an adorable baby kitten you were, Anakoni, and a handsome young man you grew to be! How fortunate you were rescued, it is too bad your bother didn't make it, but we are glad you did! You are now a very handsome striped tabby boy, and much loved and in your "furrier" home after all those moves! It is nice you are so loved that your mom does not mind being awoken at 3:30 a.m. for some loving - not every human would let you get away with that! Congratulations, cutie! You are our Cat of the Day for everyone to see!

    Dearest Anakoni P'poki Pelua, you are so cute, and what a delightful collection of photos you have posted! You were such an adorable little kitten, and what a handsome gentleman you have grown up to be. We're so glad you and your brother were rescued, but we're sorry he didn't make it. I wish I could reach through the screen over to Ontario to pet you! But since I can't, I know your loving and beloved Purrrson will pet you for me .

    And what a delightful Purrrsonality you have, too! You are very loving and energetic. You and your Purrrson love each other very much, don't you. You like to stretch out with your legs pushed out behind you when you lie down. And at 3:30 a.m. every day you head-bump your Purrrson and purr like a hurricane, which is too early but he/she lets it slide because you're so endearing. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

    Congratulations, darling Anakoni, on being selected today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Purrrson and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine day of celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

    What a handsome Tabby boy you are, and oh, what a precious wee one you were! Your photos are heart melting!

    I was so touched reading your backstory, sweetheart. I' so sorry your dear little brother didn't make it, but so thankful that you survived! You may have been an unexpected addition to the family, but oh, what a wonderful addition you turned out to be! "Lost then found," that you were, but oh to have found your way to such a caring and loving forever human is truly a double blessing! And as for those 3 am wake up calls...more than few of us here are "sliding" right along with your human! How lucky she is, having a best friend for life, a loving companion in you, Anakoni! You're a gem!!!

    Anakoni we are so sorry that your brother passed on , but he is an Awesome Companion Army Angel , but we will that your brother Angel is with you and that you will have so much fun together.

    Belated congratulations to you dear Anakoni on being the special New Year COTD. What an adorable and charming little lad you are! We loved reading about you and seeing all your wonderful photos. Sorry you had such a rough start in life and that your brother unfortunately didn't make it. Certainly, he is looking down from the Rainbow Bridge and is very proud of you. Surely St Anthony is happy too that you were named for him, so he is certainly watching over you each day
