I have seen this before. My neighbors cat is all white except for its tail. itn looks just like that cat but alot smaller and it has long hair

Cinder, this reminds me of what my husband likes to say to me when one of the dogs is following me really close.
He says "Don't stop!"
and then I say "Why?"
and then he says,
"You'll get fur up your butt."

SmokeMutt does that alla time to Dad. And he gets outta step so's his front paws are dragging down the back of Dad's heels on every step. Sorta funnie watchin Dad try to look over his shoulder or unner an armpit to see which wunna us is the klutzy marcher.
