Now, we know your mom says you are a "problem child," but we know she loves you even more for it! I mean, she got to go buy a whole new set of plates after that incident, and moms love to shop, right? How nice your family decided to "fail fostering" and adopt you and your sister Ruby, too! We are glad you were rescued, and helped to recover from your infected eyes and get rid of those nasty fleas - one would never know, looking at you now, that you were ever anything but a loved, spoiled kitty! It is neat how your markings darkened over time - maybe there is some Siamese in your family tree, theirs do that! But in any case, you are lovely just as you are!

That photograph of Amelia and Ruby is so wonderful and all of the Librarians who have seen it have gone AWWWWW!
They are such ultra sweet Little Cats of the Day .and certainly make a Grat Kitten Dynamic Duo.

I have learned not to make breakable items at the Found Cat Hotel and to keep the electronics secure.
They have such strong legs when they jump from things!!!!

That is so heartening to see Amelia and Ruby have won the Great Home Lottery and are happy and secure.

Heartfelt thanks to your wonderful family for so selflessly devoting a part of their life to rescue/fostering, giving deserving kitties such as you and Ruby (and your littermates), a second chance at a happy life; putting in all the time effort needed to heal you, physically and emotionally, before sending you on your way to your forever homes! But oh...wait!!!

How lucky you are, Amelia, having a loving sister in Ruby, and how blessed you both are, having a forever family as devoted and caring as yours! But as blessed as you two are, for sure your mom and dad would say it is they who are the luckiest of all!

Oh my goodness, dearest Amelia, what a gorgeous girl you were as a 3-month-old kitten and now are with your sister Ruby! You have the sweetest little face there with those big eyes in that kitten shot, and then the picture of the two of you hugging is priceless! And I sure do wish I could see that amazing stupendous tail of yours!

I wish I could reach through the screen to California to pet you both! But since I can't, I know your loving and beloved Purrrsons will pet you for me . (And how good is that that they failed at fostering you two! Many thanks to them, and God bless you all.)

What a delightful Purrrsonality you have, dear Amelia! Full of energy, pulling plates along with tablecloths off tables, stalking birds by leaping at the feeder during supervised outings..
