UPDATE FROM DEBBIE, 11/18:
We have been in contact yesterday with the CCAC team in Georgia, and a rescue is to pick this kitty up this morning, Monday. There is a back-up rescue also 100 miles away who will be contacted if first in line rescue does not come forth.
If you are interested in the kitty, please email the below address for them to please forward your contact information to the rescue group who will be saving this kitty.. please.
