Ever tried an internet dating service?

I am currently on two of them, so far not much luck, been msged a few times but lately it's mostly guys that are waaaaay too old for me, one was 54!! (I am 28) oh well!

I actually tried one once. i was bored and I guess a little lonely. But it was a good experience, and we are still great friends. Never tried it again, I felt I shouldn't push my luck. While I didn't get a relationship from the service, I made a really good friend which in my opinion was better.

I have a friend or two from webpersonals (it's lavalife now) and I met Steve on webpersonals. So it *can* work and frankly, it's better than trying to meet guys at bars or pubs.

Nah. Too many weirdos out there. Try reading "Likes Music, Loves to Dance" by Mary Higgins Clark. Great book. Makes you think twice about that kinda stuff (personal ads, etc.)
