New breed of dog?

Have any of you seen this new breed of dog called the 'Petersburg Orchid'? It is so small! Is it real?
Where did it come from?

That is one precious pup! Looks very much like a poodle with his hair blown out straight. LOL! I would be interested in the background of this breed (what type of cross) and also temperament, etc. It certainly has a very kissable face!

It is kind of ugly. I have seen cuter, alot cuter.
