Heidi snoozing on the couch Wednesday night,rest of the time at my feet on the carpet,next two pictures are from her walk Thursday morning,pawed my foot to get going,we got near the Catholic church and saw Anya the Boston Terrier being walked through the parking lot,we kept going,two houses away Buddy the German Shepherd was barking, he stopped when went past then Anya came by and he started again.Soon after we were home I went up and did Marlene's lawn.I came back and was here with Heidi,she had her snack around 11,then supper around 2,Mom had gone out for Ice cream with 2 ladies form church,they were gone form 1 until 4,Heidi sat on the back step from around 2 to almost,didn't hear a word from her.Last night,she had her 2 snacks and water,did a lot lf staring out at the bar room,not sure what for ,she did get up with me like in a picture here and was at mom's feet at well,got a belly rub before bed.Heidi on her walk this morning,before the walk she saw her friend Anya going by,Heidi got into tail wagging and whining and then she got down and was pawing my foot so off we went,no other pals today,warm today 84 feeling like 93.Mom gone with Marlene to the cottage,Larry coming after work,so are Shannon with Brandyn,Samantha and Buster.

Heidi on her walk this morning.Last night,had her snack with water,asked for more water and had two more bones.She sat with me on the couch and on the carpet,she went a few time to the gate and would listen,expecting somebody to come.I ended up back at the computer,Heidi behind me snoozing.She lets me pick her up and take her to bed,doesn't say a word.This morning after coming in she went down the hall a couple of times to Mom's bedroom then to mine looking for her then realized she wasn't here and came out to me in the living room,she had a sit in my chair and looked out then got down and looked at me to go for a walk.We didn't see any pals this morning,to early.Today going up 88F feeling like the mid 90's really dry,lawn is brown,not doing much grass cutting.on Thursday afternoon,Heidi was down here,she herd a noise and wanted up,she had heard the mail carrier,they were not at our door yet,then she saw them there and she stood up on tip toes to see the mail carrier then to my chair to look out and back to the front door on tippy toes.She just had Milkbones a few minutes ago,has been snoozing the rest of the time ,on her back and snoring,now behind me on her side napping.Marlene wrote me last night ,they were still up at 20 after 11,we usually to go to bed around 10.
Heidi on her walk today,after going out this morning.Heidi checked out both bedrooms again looking for mom,I told her again she was at the cottage and coming home.Heidi didn't see any pals today but Buddy the German Shepherd barked at us as we went by.Before the walk, Heidi got off the chair and looked at me to go so we went.We were down here most of today,I washed my car and watered plants after we came back.Heidi had her snack at 11,her supper around 2.Mom came home with Larry,Marlene had cleaning to do first.Heidi was more excited to see Larry than Mom,jumping up at him,after he went,she finally greeted Mom.We had KFC for supper,Heidi has had two snacks tonight,now snoozing behind me,We are getting rain tomorrow,much needed around here,lawns are browning up all over.
Heidi on her walk this morning,no pals on the walk,heard a Yorkshire Terrier bark at us and that was it for dogs.Before the walk she got down form the chair after looking out and then pawed my foot to go on the walk.She came down her after the walk,has snoozed and snore,had her snack around 11,we got rain late this morning into the afternoon,not a downpour,maybe thunderstorms in the afternoon.I had just washed my car and Mom's van yesterday and today it rains,happens all the time.Mom's friend Florence from church came by for a few minutes to chat with Mom,Heidi was out and saw her coming and tail wagged.Heidi under my chair here resting,not snoring yet,well maybe a little
Heidi on her walk this morning before the walk she looks out the window,sees people go by and her tail goes and she gets into whining and she got down around 5 after 7 wanting to go,I had just started drinking my coffee,I got her up ion the chair again and 15 minutes later got down again and this time I was ready to go on the walk.Heidi me the Boston Terrier friend Anya,she didn't seem to friendly towards Heidi,Anya goes to a dog park,might have something to do with it and further on down the road met Buddy's owner Randy,she got a pet from him.Heidi has been down her most of the day alternating between snoring and having her snacks at 11,snooze again,was asking for supper at quarter to 2,Mom was out at a Marina for lunch today with 2 friends,had Fish and Chips,tonight a concert in the park in Newcastle,last one of the summer.Heidi is now having a rest behind me
Heidi having a rest beside me on the couch last night,also slept in the floor by feet,also beside the next to the computer.Three times last she thought she heard Mom come and had to go and check,wasn't there,she did finally come home.I ended up back on the computer and she was behind the chair resting.Heiid on her walk this morning,before the walk,sees people going by ,she got down form the chair and she looks at me,I try to ignore her,she ends up pawing my foot so on we went.No friends on the walk today,we went by Abigail's house and once by she heard us and started barking.Heidi has been down here most of today,had snoozes and snored,had her snack of bones after 11.This afternoon,she was bad,peed down here so got a timeout in her bed for as 1/2 hour and then had supper,we had Pizza for supper.Heidi now behind the small couch,may need to go out.
Heidi on Wednesday,her head on my leg and then with Mom,she was sharing,also laid at my feet and Mom's as well,pm her walk Thursday morning,she had her look out the window before the walk ad then got down and looked at me and I go and get changed to go ,she is at my feet,nipping at them,she saw no pals on this walk.After coming home from the walk,stays with Mom until I am ready to go down,she has a snooze once down here and snores up a storm like she did just now.Sometimes I bring her down here and go up to get washed and I come down she is waiting on the couch,I go to the computer and she lays behind me on the carpet and starts to snore,either on her side or on her back,on her side right now.We went to the shopping center,she was down here,I bought some reading glasses,when we came back,i came down and she must have heard us,she was waiting at the gate for me,she had her snacks before we went.She had her supper around 2,had two snacks of Milk bones later on and water,cuddled up to me on the couch,on the floor at my feet and art moms feet just before bedtime.Heidi on her walk this morning,shaking herself in one picture,she had her look out the window before going and then would get down and look at me and then we would go,saw no dogs again,saw buddy the German Shepherd barking at us,Heidi didn't see him.Heidi stayed with Mom when I got washed,I came down,I went up and she was at the top of the stairs,carried her down and she has had a snoozed down here,has woke up for the time being.
Heidi snoozing on her back Friday morning,next four are from Saturday's walk,couple of them were in the shade and her harness lit up and on her walk this morning,we saw a couple of ladies today,our neighbor across the street Jenny,she wasn't walking,Heidi was happy to see her anyway,way around the block wanted to see someone else,she wasn't out walking.Both days,Heidi has her look outside ,starts whining then gets down and looks at me and off we go.After having her dinner,she will go out and wander around then will lay down in front of the back door or along the fence for 30 minutes to an hour,loves doing that.Last night,had two snacks of Milk bones,has a drink then chews on the red bone then it is over to the couch with me,after a bit it is down along the couch to rest then lay in front of Mom's chair.This morning ,let her up after I got ready for church then back down she goes,no accidents down here while we were at church.She had her snack after we got back ,will soon have her dinner,we are having Shepherd's Pie,Steak now for tomorrow,she is having a rest now,not snoring yet,has done it today.
Heidi on her walk this morning and snoozing later,she had been on her back snoring,must have heard me trying to take a picture.Before the walk,she was up with me in the chair,she starts whining and then paws at me so off we go.We e were hardly out the driveway and Heidi saw a neighbor,Diane Ogden and Heidi couldn't wait to get to her,she got some belly rubs from her and on our way we went,no more pals but did hear Abigail her Shih Tzu friend bark at us as we went by.After getting ho,me, had a rest in the living room then she came down here and was under the chair snoozing.Later on was in the chair on her back snoring away.Heidi had her treats around 11,had her supper around 2,was resting before that and I woke her up.We had Steak for supper.Heidi had two snacks of Milk bones,sat looking at her dish wanting water so had that ,now over with Mom on the carpet.
Heidi on her walk this morning,she was with me in the chair after breakfast and sat in the chair and got down after a few minutes and was looking at me and pawed at me so off we went.We were almost home and saw Gracie the Bichon Frise out with its owner on their front step,Heidi wanted to go and greet her ,Gracie was not in a friendly mood,she growled and snapped at Heidi so off we went ,its owner called her back to the front step.Heidi was down here with me after coming back,did a lot of snoring and snorting this morning and this afternoon.She had her snack tonight and a drink,had a chew on her red bone,,now under my chair,may go to the couch soon and she will follow me over.Getting more rain overnight and tomorrow morning,rain again on Saturday so should help the grass.
