    Apologies to my creative spider

Every morning there is a beautiful spider web created on my car between the side mirror and the window. I really hate to wreck it but I have to drive to work.

It always amazes me that a little spider can create such a pretty thing.

I am wondering if this spider lives IN my car?

That is neat! The spider probably lives behind the mirror. My friend had a spider there and even after washing the car it was still there. To get rid of it she had to spray water back in behind the mirror. She wasn't as accepting of the creative webs.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

Oh, I don't believe in killing spiders.

I think spiders are kind of cool, so try to avoid harming them. They do eat flies, after all!

I do if they are IN my house! I'm afraid of spider bites. My co-worker has a new spider bite about every other month or so. I've had one before and they are not fun. Another co-worker got bit by a black widow twice in one week on his face!
But yeah, if it was on my car like that I'd let it be. And we do not kill spiders here at work either. We take them outside. They are actually fascinating to watch. We have one by the flood light right outside our back door and I will sometimes stand and watch it.

I live in the country and sometimes we get those huge wood spiders. My daughter and I were home one day, this was back when she was a teenager. She was using the bathroom and a big furry wood spider came out of the closet. She screamed and I came running. We are looking at it and saying how the heck to we get rid of it?????
Well, she has always been pretty smart. We got a jar and a piece of cardboard and she trapped the big furry guy in the jar and we escorted him outside.

Good for you! I don't kill spiders either, but some of them are huge I almost stroked out when I saw one in the bathroom on Vancouver Island. I'd never seen one that big and never shrieked that loud before in me life! It was emberassing, but one brave soul put it outside

We have spider webs EVERYWHERE (outside); we walk into them on a regular basis. We named our house 'Spider Ridge, it's also what we label our wine when we bottle. We live at the edge of the woods, so they were here first, I can't complain. The webs can be lovely, as well as some of the spiders; have you ever looked at some very colorful orb weavers? Amazing!

They are awsome eh? My husband photographs them sometimes and I am always amazed by them. The webs and the spiders. When there is morning dew on them they are particularly pretty
