Hi. I have found a mom and four kittens living outside of a home that my husband is working at. Someone is feeding them when they think about it. They are very skinny and are not wild as they will let you pet and pick them up. They are out in the heat and weather. Is there anything that you can do or suggest as I really feel for these kitties.
