I am surprised you do not talk too much but you seem to do it when there are some problems with the service
However I am glad to see that you are becoming more condescending with your service team and even sleep in their bed. They will be so happy.

BTW I have noticed that before that some active and not so cuddly kitties become friendlier with age- and isn't it the greatest when they finally trust you?
