    I adopted my Panther about 7 yeras ago, and I am glad that when he licks his lips , its at his Cat Food and Steak Bits, and not at me.

    When I was living in Chicago back in the mid 70's, one of my friends had a big black "panther" cat that she called Ninety-Nine - and he was a watch-cat!!! The man she was married to was an abuser and I believe that Ninety-Nine mistrusted him from the beginning - he would lie between them in bed!!! A calico that I had around that time would growl when someone came up the steps to my apartment!!! So who needs a dog, anyways!! B&L's Mom2
