    Beautiful Rodey!

What a beautiful and strong boy is Mr. Rodey! It never ceases to amaze me how mistreated dogs can learn to trust and be happy again when they're loved. You are a wonderful person to adopt Rodey, and I'm thankful he's with you and your dad. I wish for you many, many happy years together.

Oh Rodney what a beautiful doggy you are and I am so glad somebody was willing to give you a good home and love you. Happy DOTD!

    Hello Rodey,

It never ceases to amaze me how any person could be so cruel to an
animal that only gives love & loyality & asks so little in return. I am so happy
that the old life is over & done with. You look so happy & contented in your
new forever home Rodey. Congratulations on being chosen for special
honors as our DOG OF THE DAY. Sending you lots of cyber hugs & kisses
    sweet boy.

    Beautiful Rodey!

Hi Rodey! Happy Dog of the Day to you, sweetheart!
What an adorable little man you are, Rodey; utterly precious! And yes, truly a furry guardian angel sent from heaven above to wach over your Mom and Grandpa!

I'm sickened thinking of the abuse you suffered at the hands of such a cruel and heartless person, Rodey. But while some physical "scars" still remain, it's clear they haven't kept you from living and loving life to the fullest! And now, in the loving arms of a devoted forever family, those emotional scars are slowly fading as well; amazing how far some love, time and patience can go in healing the canine spirit! And in the bargain, your Mom and Poppy's hearts were healed as well! How blessed they are to have a joyful, gentle soul such as you there by their side, comforting them with your unconditional love and melting their hearts with those beautiful, soulful eyes! As the saying goes, you and your family make for one heavenly match!

Thanks to your Mom for sharing your heart warming story, your heart melting photos with us all! You are one very special pup, Rodey, and we're honored to have the chance to pay tribute to you, and all that you mean to your Mom and Poppy!

Hope you're enjoying a very special, fun and love filled "top dog" day, sweetheart, with wishes that you and your family will know many, many more happy, carefree, love filled years together!
Big hugs and smoochies to you, precious Rodey!

    Rodey!

Some humans are just horrible...who could toss out any of God's creatures on the side of a road? Especially one as precious as you, Rodey? I'll never understand it...
But - thank goodness for that police officer and other kind souls who got you better...and kudos to your mom and grand pa!
I'm so happy for you, Rodey! You now have a great life in a loving home! May everyday be DOTD for you, sweetie!
