We humans could definitely take a page out of your playbook when it comes to attitude and determination! You may be without eyesight, but you see with your heart, squeezing every ounce of joy out of life with unbridled enthusiasm! And it sounds as though you rescued your mommy (or daddy) as much as she/he rescued you! Thanks to you for taking in this beautiful kitty and giving him the chance to live the life he deserves. I hope that his story tugs at the heartstrings of those who for some reason still don't see the importance of sterilization. We lost one of the kittens our rescue group saved today because of an infection after kidney surgery - we did all we could to save her and our hearts are broken at losing Charlotte. Her kitty mom Isis gave birth in less than great circumstances and now Charlotte is the second beautiful one to not make it. Kitties like Benny and Charlotte deserve a proper beginning in life or they suffer - thankfully Benny has the best life he could considering his start.
