    Myndi's Gotcha Day

    15 years ago on the day before Thanksgiving, Miss Myndi came into my life. The actual date in 1996 on the day before was the 27th, but we always celebrate and remember it easier this way. She was just 10 months old, and now her 16th birthday is fast approaching in January. Wow - where has the time gone??? I'm so thankful everyday that I've been blessed to have her with me all these years, and I'm looking forward to as many more as The Man Upstairs sees fit. She and Sparky had their checkup with Dr Annie this morning, and they are both doing well. Again - something for me to be thankful for.

    Awww-- that is such a nice Gotcha story. I hope Myndi is with you for many more Thanksgivings. It does scare us as they pass each birthday doesn't it...

    Myndi would thank you all personally for reading her story and the greetings she received, but she is rather bashful around people that she doesn't really know very well. In addition to that, she and Sparky are still sleeping off the effects of the turkey (in moderation) dinner that they had yesterday to celebrate.

    If she was awake (it's now morning nap time after breakfast ), Miss Myn would be sending lots of love and woofs to all.
