    I think it was a shooting accident.
    He was captured and then 38 AK-47's, which happened to be pointing at his head, accidently discharged.

    Rights? Fair governance? In Africa and the middle east?

    I'm sure the UN peacekeepers will ensure that they exist immediately, right after we find some who obey the laws of warfare and international treaties (and don't wear NATO uniforms)
