    My Middle Cat Francine

Francine was born the day before my 35th birthday. She is two and scared of her shadow. She doesn't care much for strangers or women. I am the ONLY woman she cares to come around. Which is a shame as she is a Chocolate Siamese/Black Tabby mix and has beautiful markings and color. She has some of the sweetest looks on her face.

She does look very shy. But at least she has you, and that is very important. I have a couple cats that strangers never see except in photos. But we love them just the same.

    What beautfiul Cats

I love your cats. They are so pretty. Are they all the same sex? My three cats are all females. Here is a picture of her buddy Doobie. Francine and Doobie usually sleep beside each other. Doobie is a Maine Coon. How many cats do you have?

Thank you for the compliment on my cats. I can't help but think they are beautiful. I have 11, 3 of which are female. This group of kitties tends to sleep in pairs as well, but my older group (all deceased) used to sleep in big piles of 4 to 6.

Your children are beautiful, and I love the cocoa coloring of your chocolate siamese mix!!!! Yes, she does look shy, but I'm sure she's very loved by you and her two "sisters!" Our three kitties ALL get shy when company comes over. We finally had to videotape them playing around the house with just my husband and I there, and then we sent the tape to our family so they could see that the cats actually do come out of hiding, interact and enjoy themselves often, ha,ha! No one in my family witnessed it since they were so shy! Thanks for sharing, and so glad you got your photos to post good now!

Oh and, Jenluckenbach, your babies are so beautiful too! Gosh, ELEVEN is alot, and yet I would love a hundred cats if I could, ha,ha!!!! They all look so happy and healthy--what a wonderful Caretaker they have! They must enjoy such a great time together, like a huge party every day!!!!

    This is Star

I can't remember if I put Star's picture on this thread or not. Man 11 cats. Star looks kinds like one of your cats. She has a black tail and 3 black spots on her back. She has the cutest pink nose. You got a whole lot of love to have 11 cats. Man the cat litter you must go through. I used 30 pounds a week cause Star hates a dirty litter box.

    Kittie piles how cute

My Maine Coon, Doobie always sleeps at the foot of my bed sometimes Francine, my Chocolate Siamese/Black Tabby mix will sleep snuggled up to Doobie. They lick and wrestle with each other. Doobie and Francine are only a month apart so they are very close. You truly have beautiful cats. Are all your cats that are old enought to be fixed, fixed? You may just get your million kitties if they aren't What a beautiful person you must be!

Awwww, your little "girl" on the table is really cute, and she's being so careful not to knock that card over. That's true, if eleven kitties all mated, a million cats wouldn't take long to achieve, ha,ha--that's funny! I just changed the litter from only 3 kitties worth, and even that felt like a lot. I can't imagine having to do more than that--wow!

Thank you Doobie is a sweetie

She also loving, but goofy as well. I put pillows all around my bed the first night I brought her home cause Francine slept in the cat house and Star always slept by my torso under the covers. Well sure enough I knocked Doobie out of bed. I looked on the floor for her and she was standing on her head on top of one of the pillows right against the seam in the wall. LOL She looked so cute sleeping there. It didn't wake her up falling out of bed. She is my alarm clock too. She hops up on the TV in the bedroom and meows in the morning till I wake up and give the girls their portion of a can of 9 lives.

I am all for spaying & Nuetering

I wanted to get Francine and Doobie spayed at the same time and had to wait to get the money together. Francine had her first season of heat at 6 months. The first couple of times she squeaked and the last one she had she would wail and claw the front door. I felt sorry for her, but I wanted to wait and have her and Doobie done together so they could comfort each other. I knew Doobie was going into heat when I saw her drooling in the kitchen. Spaying took some of the roudiness out of Doobie, but NOT all of it. She still hops on my TV in the bedroom and meows to wake me up for her morning portion of the can of food I give her and her sisters. I have a 5 shelf bookcase in my bedroom and before I got Doobie spayed she hopped to the top of it and jumped on the bed while I was sleeping and scared me half to death. Doobie liked to jump on top of my frig too. Must be those powerful legs Maine Coons have.
