Two notorious felines, er felons have been apprehended. Frankie aka Frankie-stein and Chip aka The Chipster, were both nabbed at the scene of the crime early this morning. Both have been sentenced to 30 minutes in the county lock up, or until their mommy loses the urge to throttle both of them.
