That's cute. But the kittens didn't turn on the vacuum. If you watch to the left of the screen someone has the cord and plugs in the vacuum. They probably did it on purpose and had the vacuum on.
I'm such a downer, aren't I? Sorry.

I had a feeling they didn't actually turn it on but it was still way cute to see them all run.
