Emily and Bob Update Progress :D #9, Pix #10

Here a few pix. It's late so I'll just place some pix and write some text on the morrow. There are more pix in my albums.

Bob has such beautiful markings on his face. He is a shy creature and scared of sounds. I'd put him up for adoption, but he didn't handle the cage/kennel well. He stayed in the cubby and regressed inward. So he's out and about now.

Bob doesn't sit in the trees much. Mainly he perches on furniture. Or sleeps on me.

The picture above and below are Emily hiding at the back end of the house. I was cleaning in the kitchen and had the side door open. She has absolutely no desire to go outside or leave here so she took off for the place farthest from a door, which is my bedroom.
She is so beautiful. I have a cat tree that is next to the side door and next to the kitty feeding station. She parked herself on the tree when she realized how close to the food she was.

Emily is sitting on a folding stool, which haw become her feeding perch. She uses it to climb up to the center of the cat tree.

Emily sitting on the back of the reclining love seat. She has wasted no time making herself comfortable. She likes to sit on my head. She weighs less than 8 pounds, so she doesn't register, but she has fleas that I need to treat. I'm waiting until she's not so hungry.

    Lovely!!!

Beautiful kitties! But - these are not yours, are they? I forget their history. They're not in your siggie.

My memory is very good but quite short.

No, these are the original trio. I was weak that day, and felt sorry for the critters and took them in. I had thought to adopt out Bob, but he doesn't handle confinement well. Emily is grieving for her previous owner in the evenings. I have to hold her until she stops crying.

Bob is five and had been put outside. He is a sweetheart, shy, and learning out to play with toys and other kitties.

Emily is 13 and is gaining weight. She is finally not cleaning everyone's bowls and expects fresh food. She is leaving food in the bowl which is good. She has also moved to a bar stool I have, but that is still in the kitchen.

I need to create a good siggy. I have to find my disk for PSP. Corel converted PSP to a photo only program which is aggravating.

I'm just so tickled pink over Bob. He makes new strides every day. He loves to play with the feather wand and seems to have "wand radar". When I playing with Spunky, he comes over and joins the play. He seems to know as soon as my hand touches the wand, which is next to the computer table.

Now he is sitting in the kitchen cat tree by the window, looking out at the rain. It took him at least two weeks to even sit in a tree.

Not to leave out Emily, she just goes after what she wants. She's not eating as much, now and seems healthier. She definitely prefers Eagle Pack holistic canned salmon and shrimp.

I'm glad that things are working out so well. I've always thought that orange cats were very special and they usually have the best personalties too. Bob sure is a very handsome boy.
