    My nieghbors dog breed...I have NO

    I have no idea what breed it is. It looks like it has the size of an Ital. Greyhound, but not all the features. He's black, with brown patches on him, almost like a rotty. And he barks NON-stop when he's outside in his electric fence. Do you have any idea's????
