    Toronto Leads The Way

I think this bylaw is a huge step forward in fighting the pet overpopulation
problem. Think this country will do the same?

I heard this on the news this morning.

Let's hope so. Sadly our politicians listen to too many special interest groups.

A munincipality or state could pass a similar law with no Constitutional problems.

I'd hate to see the federal government get involved.

It is indeed a huge step forward. Let's hope the laws are tightened everywhere!
