Hi all!!

I've been browsing this site this morning, and I love it!! We have an 11 month old Shiba Inu, named Kito--he is the best!! He is a perfect apartment dog, only 23 pounds, but he is so strong and loves his exercise!!
I tried to attach a pic, but it said it was too big--if anyone can help me, I'm a little slow with this stuff sometimes

I look forward to chatting with all of you, and I love seeing all of the dog pics. I think we're headed to the SPCA today to find our boy a friend.

I'm the proud Momma of a 12 week old kitten Isis and (little over) a year old Pitbull mix Bull. Of course there is my family's pets Katie Mae, 5 yr old (her b-day was last Thurs.) Black Lab (Dad's) and Fluffy, 13 yr old cat (Mom's and my lil Bro's) that I still claim.

Welcome to Pet Talk. My name is Beth. I am owned by two dogs, one cat, two horses and two hamsters. My dogs are Dakota, a six year old Husky; Patience, a ? yr. old Shepherd Mix. She was a stray I found running down a back road. My cat, Fawn, is seven years old. My horses are Yankee, an 18 yr. old Arabian and Rebel, a 10 yr. old Quarter Horse. My hammies are Baby, age unknown, and Furball, who is a year old.

Did you find a new friend for your boy? If not, how about driving an hour to the Central Penn. Humane Society (kill shelter) in Greenwood and look up this beauty? I've heard she's a wonderful dog.

I still can't get the pictures right
Beth, thanks for the picture--what a great looking dog--I have no problem driving an hour to rescue a dog--we have to make sure that she and Kito can get along first--he tends to be a little agressive, but she looks like she could put him in his place
Another snag: we were going to adopt from PAWS, but they called our landlord, and she said we were only allowed to have one dog--there are at least 6 other tenants here with 2 or more dogs and cats--I need to get to the bottom of that one. My husband says if they won't let us have another one, we'll move--I agree

If you want to post a picture instead of it being an attachement you need to post it from a site like imagestation. That's the one that most people use. You just sign up for an account upload your pics to an album. Then when that is done you right click on the picture that you want to post and select properties from the little pop-up menu and copy the page address. Then all you have to do is click the IMG button on the post section and paste the addy in.

Kito is adorable! He really looks like he is enjoying that dancing! I love the devil dog pic too, one of my pups was also a devil for Halloween!

I have 3 dogs...Reggie is a 9 year old schnauzer, Smokey is a 16 year old poodle, and Nebo is a 5 month old red siberian husky.
