Happy Easter Sunday Dog of the Day to you, precious Griffey! What an honor, being chosen as our extra special, most deserving Easter Sunday "top dog!"
Oh, weren't you the precious puppy, and what a handsome big boy you're grown up to be! You look so adorable all decked out in your bunny gear! (Much to her dismay, my Lab Star will shortly be forced to don hers as well!)

It's understandable, you loving to pose for the camera as you do, Griffey; you're a natural, and your escapades most worthy of memorializing in print! (Your photo spread says it all!) Beds, of course, are great for de-stuffing, but careful with those sponges...they take a toll on the tummy! You're all Labbie Griffey, in your loving personality, your mischievous ways, and of course in your love for walks, sniffing, and food! My Lab has pulled many a counter cruising caper in her day, too! She once nabbed an entire whole salmon out from the bottom shelf of the frig; downed an entire half thawed roast beef, leaving only the wrapper! You kids are just too funny!

Thanks for the smiles and laughs, Griffey! It was great fun meeting you today, reading all about your happy life and how much you mean to your family. They're blessed to have a beautiful best friend in you, bringing so much joy and love to their lives! Enjoy a very special, fun filled Dog of the Day, sweetheart! Hopefully a trip to the park, a nice walk with lots of sniffing, and of course a yummy Easter dinner will be on the "menu!"
