I'm so sorry you got sick and your life was cut short. You sounded like such a wonderful boy. I know you are watching over your family now from heaven.

Dear, precious Buddy. What a beautiful tribute your young lady has written; my heart breaks knowing you and she are no longer together, that your life was cut short. God must have been in need of a very special angel to have taken you so soon, and oh yes, what a wonderful pet God now has in you!

What a blessing it was for your lady, having a beautiful furkid and loving companion in you; a best friend to grow up with. That photo of you and she hugging tells us all how much you meant to her, and she to you. I have no doubt she has become a dog and Golden lover for life, thanks to you, Buddy, and hopefully one day she'll have another best friend to love, another special doggie who will continue your legacy, until that happy day when you and she are together once more. For now your beautiful spirit graces the Rainbow Bridge, where all of our pups have been returned to perfect health, and there is an endless supply of Buddy glow balls, and lots of happy dancing going on!

I'm so glad your family nominated you, dear Buddy, so we could honor you, and pay homage to the very special boy that you were, and all that you meant to your family. Goldens are among the most beloved family dogs in the world, cherished for their unconditional love and their devotion to their people. You were all that and more Buddy, and so deserving of our extra special Sunday honors. You were truly a Dog of a Lifetime.

To the family of Buddy. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful boy with us. I've been Mom to Retrievers my entire life, and know just how much Buddy touched your lives. How blessed you and he were to have had those precious 8 years together.

Buddy - what a handsome Golden Boy that you were, and I'm sorry to had to leave your people at such a young age. I've always thought that Goldens were the most gentle and loving looking dogs to grace this Earth, and you certainly had that look too.

It sounds that when you were still here, that you lived a very fun life. So happy to know that you were a happy dog too. I'm certain that your family misses you terribly, but I'm also certain that you will all be together again one day.
