Sweet Miss Petunia, hello! You are absolutely beautiful! I would love to give you tummy rubs and petting today! Do your people "snorgle" you -- stick their nose in your fur and give you a kissie or two? I'd have to snorgle your tummy a LOT! Maybe your people will do that for me. And you nap on a human's bed -- do you like to nap on the nearest human?

Dear Friend,
First of all, may I offer my condolences on the passing of your puppy dog. I've been there more than once and it's very difficult when one has a heart for the furry friends the Lord sends our way. You mentioned Tuny's birthday being on the day your dog went over the Rainbow Bridge and that it could be the Lord sent you Tuny to help to fill the huge gap left in your heart from your dog's passing. Indeed, there is a hole there, as big as one can imagine, a more than you can fill yourself, therefore, people are often sent animals to help to fill that void by the pet who left home for Home.
You didn't say if you were a believer in Jesus or not. If you're connected to "The Daily Puppy," they frown upon the mentioning of the "J" Word, i.e., "Jesus", as it "might offend someone" and I was warned if I continued to use His Name, I would be taken off the list so I couldn't comment any more. This was a couple of years ago. What's heart-breaking is that so many people responded to me because of what I wrote regarding the Lord and His Savior Son Jesus, and how our Lord blesses us with other pet friends when others go Home. I believe with all my heart I have several furry friends awaiting me when I go Home, and when I DO see my Lord, it will be because of the Grace He so freely gives and not by any merit of my own. I just wanted to make that clear.
Thanks so much for sharing Tuny with us. She's a beautiful little kitty and the position she's in in the top photo is priceless.
May the Lord bless you and Tuny and may you have along, happy, healthy life together, and if, by chance, you have not yet made Jesus your Savior and the Lord of your life. There is but One Way to God and His forgiveness and that is through Jesus Christ. I hope to see you at Home some day when all is said and done.

Oh, it's our honor to crown you our very special honoree, sweetheart! You're one incredibly big, beautiful MC girl, inside and out, and your Mommy so very lucky to have you in her life! And oh, what purrsonality!

I can't imagine a family surrendering a kitty as sweet and precious as you, Tuny, but their loss is your Mommy's great gain! As they say, everything happens for a reason, and there's no doubt you're where you were destined to be!

My Lab Star was born almost to the minute that my beloved RB Lab Jingles left for the Bridge, just as your birthday falls on the same day as your beloved predecessor. Life works in wondrous ways, doesn't it?

Hello Tuny, It's a pleasure to meet such a pretty girl. Really, you are adorable. Like others, I too would like to rub your tummy if it's ok. My Luke cat hates it; maybe you don't. Back to you, I am so glad you have a great home and are loved so much. As I read about you, I was smiling about your being like a dog LOL. I hope you and your family have many years together. Petunia , you are such a Huge Maine Coonette and such a Big Plush Cat of the Future and quite a nice replacement for The Great Dog who you have replaced in your Home.
I bet atht Great Dog Angels comes and visits and plays with you Petunia, as he will always be in the hearts of His Family.

You are such a Big Playful Cat and you at ten months have so many years of love to share with your family and friends, you are going to be so special in their lives. We hope taht they post more photos of you , Petunia as you grow to be a Cat!!

Tuny what and adorably precious girl you are!!!

I'm in danger of swooning over your sweet picture!!! Wouldn't I love to be able to give you a gentle tummy rub!!! My heart Kitty, Leonardo, was a Maine coon. You have the same sweet face Maine coons seem to have. (not to mention the, um, big wonderful feet). What a treat to see you today.

It would be wonderful if your mommy would post new pictures of you on Cat general from time to time so we can see you grow up.

And now you are in a home where you are really wanted...yah!!!

You are a fuzzy cutie, Petunia! The pic of you with your front legs raised reminds me of the game I play with one of my cats (Crunch)...while he is on his back, I say "Stick 'em up!" and he instantly raises his paws up in the air...lol!
The resident Maine Coon look-alike here - Miss Kitty - says hello too!
